I can't say enough good things about Austin Abdaal (#912) from Roto-Rooter. We had a basement sewer drain back up twice in one week, and he was there for us every step of the way. The first time, he was efficient, thorough, and took the time to walk us through exactly what he was doing — and just as importantly, explained why he wasn't doing certain things. Natalie and G were awesome! They came and inspected and unclogged my sewer pipe! They did a fantastic job. They even helped clean up some of the mess that was made from the clog. Also, they showed me what the issue was and gave advice on what to do in the future to help prevent this from happening again. They were nice, professional, and courteous to me and my family. I will be using Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues I ever have!
I am very happy with the service. My technician was a very kind and professional young man. Price seemed a bit high for what was done, but I was grateful for the Sunday Morning service call.
