Hayden was awesome! Got into our house within 3 hours of me booking a repair service, was done in less than an hour! We had a horrible clog in the kitchen sink drain,standing water and all that,lots of "fun" stuff. Hayden explained the reason of why it happened,cleaned everything fast and professionally, instructed on the future maintenance of the sink pipes,in other words went above and beyond! Austin is a scam artist, I work for a small plumbing company that does not have large equipment like jetters and excavators to do very major drain jobs so we have to refer out on major jobs, had a customer last who had a really bad soft blockage at over 110ft which is out of scope for what my drain equipment can do, due to my customers husband being sick and NEEDING the sewer i suggested to call you guys since I know you do 24/7 service and it was almost 10pm at this point. Toilet blocked and technician came out and took 2-3 hours to get it cleared. White tiles around the toilet was all scratched badly, but no follow-up or apology, sadly. About 10 days later, it was blocked again, so I called the office for warranty request, but they said I don't a warranty for some reason, and they have to start a new service request all over, which I hate.
