Austin left 10 gallons of raw sewage in our basement to marinate after a $500 service. To add: the water was produced as part of the job, entered a trash can and was never disposed of. I told him I’d clean the wall but discovered he’d left the entire sewage receptacle. How does a person legally dispose of that much raw sewage?

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. The scammed us and did a terrible job. Once they find out your using your insurance to pay they will jack up the prices. We brought it up to them and they acknowledged what they did and said "thats just how it goes".

Called in a 6:30pm toilet clog done by our 4 year old. They had Joel out in 40 min, and he was done in 30. Joel was professional, great with our pets and kid, and kept his work honest. Thank you for the quick response and honest work.
