Third time in less than six months that my drains are backing up in my store. They refuse to come in service until they can get a free tech. Maybe tomorrow, maybe Monday. What is the point of having a warranty if you can’t service your Work in a timely manner. Edit: Because they’ve already been out before they are not honoring their warranty. They obviously did not fully clear the block the first two times they were out yet want to charge me another two grand to scope and jet my lines. Go with someone local. You get a better... read more

Joel was so great, he found the problem so fast and was in good spirits the whole time. We had a full house clog and he fixed us right up. I'm so thankful he was who came out, he even bleached my bathroom for me after and mopped the floor, which was soooo helpful and unexpected- I'm currently very pregnant and he took extra care making sure I didn't have to do any clean up. Thank you Joel!

I hired Roto Rooter on May 12, 2026, to address a sewer blockage that had resulted in a minor wastewater backup into my laundry room. To access the line, the technician removed and reset my basement toilet and performed drain snaking services. The total cost exceeded $700. During the visit, I was advised that a camera inspection would be recommended but was not performed. I was left with the understanding that the blockage had been addressed.
