Service was better than expected. Chris noticed the laundry sink faucet and pipe needed repair and fixed it while onsite for a drain cleanout. Appreciate the attention to detail and the service provided!

Fantastic company. Had a clogged main drain and we caught it just in time before any consequential flooding in the basement. Called roto rooter and they had someone out within an hour after another company pushed me to the next day. Austin came out and he was really professional and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter and specifically Matt C. Had bad water backup from my floor drain and Matt came out and snaked the drain thoroughly. He was friendly and polite - was in and out within an hour. Fair price. Recommend!
