Coming home from work to my toilet backing up into my bath tub was not how I anticipated my afternoon going. After calling several local plumbers, and none being able to come out tonight even though advertising 24/7 service, we called Roto-Rooter to see if we could at least get someone out here to fix it. They were able to come out tonight, get the water running properly again, and they were great. I am down to one working bathroom with a family of 6 due to renovations and repairs of the 2nd bathroom. The septic system backed up and water started flowing out of my drain pipes at 9pm out of nowhere. After I shut my water system off I called root-rooter. Jerromy came out that same night instead of making me wait until the morning and fixed the flow problem promptly. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business and their technicians for your plumbing and water system needs.
