The service guy was very nice but didn’t have the parts needed left twice to get parts and my toilet still isn’t fixed because he couldn’t fix the tank - I still paid 600. But my problem still exists. 5 stars for the service tech but 0 for fixing … not sure what I paid for really

Troy was great! He came within the hour mentioned over the phone and was ready to take on the issue (water leaking from the water tank); he was able to replace the water tank and assessed overall damage. He was professional in explaining thoroughly the damage and offered solutions, as he gave me the price range and was able to stick to it, with no hidden fees. Overall, I am so happy I met Troy and enjoyed his excellent customer service and professional approach. Bravo! Roto-Rooter for sending Troy to my rescue. Many thanks!

My 2 star is for the gentlemen that came out! I’d give a 1 start for the price but those men were just doing their job what they were trained & paid to do. We called roto rooter for a drain clog, they came & said we were on septic & that was not true. Plumber did a snake through I toilet drain because couldn’t find the access point, (we are new home owners so we didn’t exactly know where it was) eventually called the camera guy to join to figure out where this clog was.
