When I called I knew I had a root problem causing the backup in the sewer line and I told the people I spoke with at RR. They said no problem and sent a man out in about an hour. He worked for 2 hours and not only was he not able to remove the roots but the drain was still backed up. The tech told me he would not charge me but I needed a $2800 picote clean out to get rid of the roots. Which I thought was highway robbery. The roots were only 25' up the drain and easily accessible. Super nice guys! So personable. Got the job done!
Took a good while to get service as they probably got their wires crossed with scheduling. I had called at 8am they said they'd have someone out by 10:30am but didn't have anyone arrive til about 9:45pm. But when Colten did arrive he had a great attitude, explained the process step by step with upfront pricing and additional recommendations. So service was awesome just wish it happened earlier.
Jude was amazing! He was kind, patient, and explained everything he was doing. He worked quick and charged fairly, he was seriously awesome!
