Mark at Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job helping us unclog our kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, made quick work of our issue, and most importantly, he was so engaged when I asked him questions. He was very happy to share his knowledge with me, and even gave me some follow up and preventative maintenance advice. It was evident that he really cares, and that meant a lot. All around, it was a great experience on a tight timeline.

We had a hot water leak in the foundation. We called Roto Rooter and they came quickly. We especially want to highlight the mitigation crew Daehan’s and Tony who removed damaged flooring and base boards, set up drying equipment and exposed the area that sourced the leak. They we very pleasant and courteous, and always gave us a heads up when they were heading back to recheck equipment and monitor the moisture.
