We worked with a technician named Alex. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond and was able to find the problem with our sewer line. He immediately called his estimator and we were able to get a reasonable quote and he helped us schedule work. We were very happy.

The biggest rip off artists in plumbing.. I had a plumber come out to unclog my bathroom drain. After several attempts he had the sink unclogged, or so I thought. 3 weeks later the sink started backing up again so i called rotor rooter and they told me the plumber did not provide a warranty so they would have to charge me again to fix the clog. Mind you it costs me $500.00 for the initial visit. Never do business with these crooks.

I was never given a quote for the job. I had a technician come over and install a faucet in my powder room that I had already paid for. When the technician arrived, he told me how much it was going to cost, and I had total sticker shock. The price to install. The faucet was double the price I paid for the faucet if I would’ve known this at the time, I would’ve turned them away. The faucet being installed was for my elderly mother. I was given a senior discount, but I still felt the price was way overcharged.
