Terrible experience. My home is still in disarray since the end of May. I contacted Roto rooter to assist with water I found in my basement after returning from a family trip. A plumber came out (1 of 2 visits) and took care of plumbing issue that needed further attention. The next day I was contacted by their sales dept for litigation services. Jordan contacted me and said that one of the workers reported I had some water damage and he would take care of the claim and the insurance end. Asked me to take photos ( which he sh... read more
Highly disappointed with this company. The mitigation crew lacked professionalism, and the entire experience was built on dishonesty—the salesperson falsely claimed to be a field supervisor. Worst of all, they inappropriately signed documentation on my behalf, which is completely unacceptable business practice. I will not be using them in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone.
Tino was honestly amazing he was very knowledgeable and he did his very best to save me the most amount of money I would highly recommend and if I ever have any troubles again I would def call for him again !!
