Called for a backed up utility tub on Monday, Aug 17 and they sent someone out (Sam) on Tuesday morning. Sam was knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after snaking the drain. The price wasn’t overly expensive and the work was done right. Will be using this RotoRooter franchise again!
Terrible experience. My home is still in disarray since the end of May. I contacted Roto rooter to assist with water I found in my basement after returning from a family trip. A plumber came out (1 of 2 visits) and took care of plumbing issue that needed further attention. The next day I was contacted by their sales dept for litigation services.
