Edit: i’m updating to a three star review from a one star review due to Chris reaching out an offering a partial refund on the misdiagnose service. I had Roto-Rooter come out for a clogged toilet and shower. The technician immediately said the issue was a clogged main line and proceeded to snake the toilet—eventually getting the snake stuck in the toilet.
