Supervisor Nicholas Haines was so awesome with helping my elderly mother getting a broken water pipe fixed in the slab of her home. He explained each step of a major dig in the lawn and then inside the house breaking up the slab in minimal spots as possible. He eased her anxiety when the project escalated to inside the house, the leak was not reachable from outside and needed to go through slab. Sewer line separation allowing roots to grow and block movement - resulting in basement drain backup. Nicholas Haines with Roto Rooter recommended the proper repair (the first time). He was extremely professional and polite from beginning to end. He made an unfortunate and unexpected problem go away while making it the best possible experience we could ask for.

Plumbing issues! No body likes plumbing issues. I would like to give a shout out to Rotor Rooter. I started with Mike coming out to clear my main line. The time frame to get to my house from the time of my call was exceptional. Mike cleared my line and no mess was left. (Trust me this was greatly appreciated.).
