We had sewer gas coming up through our drain in the basement. Nate quickly diagnosed the issue - the drain trap was clogged and the previous owners had the laundry draining through the bypass (DIY gone wrong). He made the repairs and took the time to explain everything to us. He also took time to look at/check other plumbing in the house. We will be requesting Nate next time we use Roto-Rooter!
