I had my toilet “repaired “ and after a week had to have someone else come out was told that that was never the problem and had to have a whole new toilet put in . What a waste of money and time
Renee was very professional and friendly.
Our basement flooded with several inches of pure sewage. Roto Rooter was there within an hour and handled everything. Renee, Rick, and Matt were all fantastic. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
Rene was wonderful! I'm grateful to him for coming out on such short notice and so late in the evening! He was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and educated me on plumbing! If I could request him everytime I need help I would! Thank you Rene and Roto Rooter for hiring good quality staff.
