Roto-Rooter is in the sales business not plumbing business. They make the big bucks by convincing you to get services done you don't need. They'll claim you're not up to code, which a lot of times is BS. I'm a maintenence superviser so I'm familiar with the code. 2 stars is for the the plumbing technician they sent out. He was professional. I only called Roto-Rooter as I just bought the house and it came with a warranty.
Their team came out quickly to assist us with a driveway leakage. We had been passed around from other contractors or ghosted. All to get told they would have a team out the following morning to fix the issue. Definitely gave us peace of mind.
We had an emergency plumbing job that required immediate attention. Rene from Roto-Rooter responded in approximately one hour in a blizzard!!! He resolved our problem with high quality workmanship and took great pride in his work. Thanks Rene! So VERY much appreciated!!!
