Brian W. was very professional, explained all of the potential problems that may be causing our water issues, and was able to identify the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. He was great, and Roto-Rooter will certainly be my first call if any other home issues arise.
Called for a clogged shower drain and the technician broke a pipe, leaking water from a second story down. He was unable to get ahold of anyone at his office, couldn’t reach his company’s plumber, and no manager was on duty. Now have a ceiling with water damage, a broken pipe, and an invoice with a note to call the office on Monday. Dispatching “plumbers” that aren’t actually plumbers is very misleading.
