Owen was prompt and courteous! Diagnosed our issue and resolved it quickly! I would request him anytime I need anything!!!
They show up, kick ass , and everything is done and working . Not to mention everything is spotless when they leave.
Technician Leslie came for an emergency situation. She was beyond fabulous. I wish I could give her 10 Stars.
Awesome service! Was able to get an appointment same day, the scheduling person was so friendly and helpful (I think her name was Candy). Luckily it was a simple issue and the service tech (Korey) taught me how I can fix it myself in the future. They were nice to my doggie and didn’t even wake up the baby either! Highly recommend and will be calling Roto Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future!
