We arrived home from vacation in the middle of the night, and were greeted with a wet mess. Our water heater ruptured while we were away! I called multiple "24/7" emergency plumbers, and while super annoyed by Virtual AI assistants, each wanted to schedule repair 2 days out - except Roto-Rooter.
