Wonderful guy. Did everything he could to correct situation. Extremely friendly.
With 4"-6" of water in my basement, and phone calls to two local outfits unreturned within 24 hours, I called RR in despair. My call was answered by a kindly, young woman, and within an hour, RR professionals were on the job. By the end of the work day, my basement floor is half dry, and I have two reasonable options to consider, now informed as to the extent of the problem. I could not have asked for better service.
