We had a mess with the main drain backed up. Brian showed up in an hour. He explained what needed to be done and got to it after putting down tarps to protect our stuff. Did a very thorough job. I know because we have another house in the sticks and I’ve had to do the same work myself. Brian was super nice, thoughtful, focused on helping us and doing his best. He’s a genuine good fellow. My drain backed up, I made an online appointment and within an hour Steve was at my door. He knew immediately what was wrong and helped me out. I forgot to mention, Steve followed up by trying to add me on social media by getting my phone number off of my paperwork.
