Service on a Saturday afternoon was quicker than expected. I was told by 4 and technician, I believe his name was Jared, showed up around 3. He was friendly and efficient. Had a camera and showed me the issue and cleared it and and freed up the drain. We were very pleased with the service.
Fast service and professionally fone
We had tree roots in our sewer line. I had called other plumbing services at 6pm and most couldn’t come out for days. We called Roto Rooter and they came out within the hour! Thomas showed up and explained what needed to be done and got to work right away. He cut out a lot of tree roots and cut as far as his cable could reach. He was very polite and friendly. Called for service and they delivered!! Explained what was needed. Took care of everything within an hour or so. Price was fair for the work done. Jamie the tech did a great job on unclogging my kitchen sink. So glad I called Roto Rooter. Would recommend them anytime!!
