There's nothing worse than a plumbing issue on a Sunday, but Roto-Rooter was phenomenal. From the online scheduling request to my technician Reyes Perez showing up was less than an hour. Reyes was extremely informative and friendly. He explained everything, worked quickly, and got me fixed up. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!!
Response to our call for help was amazing. Reyes arrived within 1 hr on a Sunday. Looked at our problem and gave us a cost estimate to resolve a leaky water heater which needed to be replaced. After working very hard for several hours the final bill was within $27 of his estimate. He also set us up with the Roto Rooter remediation service who also came right out and started resolving the flooding issue. Great service, knowledgeable and personable techs. Highly recommend them.
Did the work quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jeff and Aleks were very informative on why certain damages were happening.
