My experience started out good with the first technician, Simon, who cleared the line . I was promised that a second technician would scope the line ( included in the cost) and the second technician, Gilbert was unable to reschedule due to the fact that our schedules were incompatible. I have yet to receive a follow up call , despite my request to the Roto Rooter operator. They owe me a camera + evaluation and have yet to reschedule it. Made up insane prices on the spot, ended up paying $800 for a tub drain to drain slightly faster than before. Scratched tub from the machine the technician used. Other 2 sinks originally quoted in the $800 not fixed. Wrote an original review when prompted and never got a response. Wouldn’t recommend.
Had a great experience with ROTO Rooter handling a replacing an old shower faucet.Their technician was excellent. He was very professional, competent, and efficient. So far it’s working just fine. Thanks.
