It took sometime but they delivered and showed up the same day!! It was in a Saturday night. We had a clogged sewer a little less than a year in our new home.. Roto thank you fixing the issue!

I have used Roto Rooter before for a kitchen sink draining slow and they then did a cleaning of the main stack which was great. I was happy with the price and work. Today I had a clogged tub drain. I was told $650 to snake. I said no thank you and snaked the tub myself. Tub is backup and running. Thanks Roto Rooter for giving me the motivation to do it myself and save $650 dollars.

My experience started out good with the first technician, Simon, who cleared the line . I was promised that a second technician would scope the line ( included in the cost) and the second technician, Gilbert was unable to reschedule due to the fact that our schedules were incompatible. I have yet to receive a follow up call , despite my request to the Roto Rooter operator. They owe me a camera + evaluation and have yet to reschedule it. Instead Gilbert now wants to charge me $600 more to scope the line. I have a feeling of d... read more
