We called Roto-Rooter when we had a sewage backup on our lawn. They came later than the window we were told, but they did show up same day and it was a Sunday. They snaked the pipe and discovered tree roots in the sewer line. They also ran a camera down the pipe and concluded that the pipe had collapsed and would need to be replaced. First technician was excellent however wide run clear for 15 minutes how to present came out with a Camera say we needed $7800. Shortly there after two technicians cleared our problems. Second guy was a salesman looking for money.
