This was one is the worst experiences we have had. We had a small leak that needed to be addressed. A "leak specialist" came to my house, cut 1 home in my wall upstairs. Then 2 holes in ceiling downstairs. He replaced a pipe he said I had a very small leak. That night & next morning area was still wet after his "repair". I call back 8:30am next day, on phone I was told no additional charges because they never fixed actual leak. Hi my name is Anna I had my bathroom clogged for 3 weeks couldn't take the smell couldn't take nothing so I believe my great-grandson put a toy in there but instead it was an empty bottle of Advil however the guys from Roto-Rooter came and did an awesome job they were great nice beautiful respectful so friendly so kind I appreciate them if I have a problem again trust me I will call I believe one of their names were Lansing anyway you know who you are you guys are awesome y'all did a great job and I love love your attitude y... read more
