Miguel was courteous and professional in his approach to our problem. He reassured me that he would identify the problem. He did.
Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Finished clearing clog that I had partially cleared. I was told that I would get a free camera inspection, but no one ever showed up. Clean up crew was trying to get me to make an insurance claim after I told him that I would not. Became very pushy in my opinion. Overall the clog was cleared, but the other service that were promised to me never happened. And to some degree may be misleading.
Roto-Rooter came same day I called and was very good at clearing the drain. The cost was more expensive than I anticipated but the drain is guaranteed for 6 months.
