We had a wonderful experience with Roto-rooter. Brennan was a wonderful technician. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the products and what would be the best install for us. We have been having issues with an old water softener. He told us about a water filtration system that could take its place. He installed it today and it is amazing! These guys are fast and reasonably priced for what they do. They back up there work with a guarantee for what they do. They might be a little higher for the price but the guarantee is the price to prove it.
We are so impressed with the professionalism of Billy and his team. Had some issues with a clog in our new home... then scratches on the porcelain. Called and spoke with Holly, who provided excellent response and understanding to the issues. Billy Ellis, the owner, called and even cane out to repair the issue of the scratches. Looks good as new! Justin, Tech #117 really worked hard for us today! What was a couple of simple leaks, turned out to be a toilet rebuild and valve replacement. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I think he climbed our three flights of stairs at least 10 times! Thank you, Justin!

Billy was absolutely amazing. Came out same day and repaired a leak caused by a root. Very professional and polite. He even kept apologizing for waking me up, as I came off night shift and had to work again that night, but I was so thankful he was able to repair the leak so I could have water back to my house. He even removed the root so it wouldn’t cause future issues. They have gained a customer for life and we will definitely be using them again for any and all future plumbing repairs.
They are very efficient and prompt! I have called on them twice in the past 3 years and each time they have done an awesome job with expertise and excellence!
Great job but should explain what's cover under free estimate before they so anything.
