Unfortunately I have to give 1-star. Had technician come out to try to find the blocked underground pipe. He stuck his camera in it and followed it to the sidewalk. Said there was nothing he can do because the blockage must be somewhere past my property line at the front of the house. Collected $200+. Got the City to come in. The pipe did not go towards the front of the house! It went underground to the opposite side - the back of the house where the blockage was. They sent us a rocky or Unprofessional technician to our house to deal with clogging we had, all he did is fish his camera down but he had no clue what’s wrong with drainage, he still charged us over $300 . We ended up fixing it all, we will never again deal with this company, they not as good as they used to be .
Worst service ever. They charged us for 550$ for not finishing their job properly .Be aware of this if you dont know anything about plumbing issues. They trying to offer us 3800$ for another service.
Don't trust this company. Very bad service. They are not reliable. They charged me twice but didn't do anything.Not recommend for anyone.👎👎
