Same day service. The plumber (John) was extremely helpful and good at what he does. One could say he knows his shit. Price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone as well, which I appreciated.
Tavon arrived in the time frame that he promised, and quickly performed a diagnostic assessment to determine the problem with the blockage in our drainage pipes. My wife and I were concerned due to the minor flooding that was caused with sewage backup. Got recommended to this company by a family member since I had a unique situation. I had just bought a home that has been vacant for a long time and wanted to see if the septic lines were still intact. I had informed the receptionist it was an old system but that I was looking for someone who can check the lines for me with a camera. She said this is something they can do.
