I'll start by saying we've used Roto-Rooter previously and the experience was good, but not this time. We called because we had a leak in the basement, and we knew we needed to update the outside plumbing from our house to the street and asked for a quote on that. The plumber comes on time, and states he wasn't able to fix it because the pipe basically has disintegrated, but he blew some debri out, didn't take long at all. This is a long review but it’s only to explain why I’m giving one star and it’s definitely a review that I wish I would have seen before getting the work done. I’m giving 1 star only because they did the work, if I could give a negative amount of stars then I would. The reason I’m not giving more is because Roto-Rooters men took complete advantage of us being a young family that were overly trusting and just starting off their adult life.
