John was very helpful and friendly. It was a late night service call and he took care of the problem quickly and professionally.
Horrible experience.. I was sold on what appeared to be professionalism. Tech was great at communicating process and even greater with which the alacrity he demanded payment up front.. however the basic request that I had for him In taking photos was not met..I repeatedly emphasized the need for photos throughout entirety of our communication and he repeatedly conceded that they would be provided.
