Wow, do the words frustrated, disappointed, and exhausted not even begin to approach what dealing with this company has left me feeling. Constant lack of communication, manipulative sales tactics, incompetence and or negligence etc. Basically they charged us $12,000 to fix an issue. They dug it up, replaced the pipes then buried them again. Our basement fills up hours later so we call, and we're still without a clear line. Joe was fast and friendly. He did a great job
Anthony was a tremendous help and extremely professional. His knowledge was very impressive and his solution oriented attitude was refreshing. I have little children and was concerned about getting a quick and working solution and he worked very well to make that happen. I would highly recommend Anthony and Roto-Rooter any time.

They were knowledgable, polite, and put me in a state of ease. You can tell they love their profession and helping people who are truly having a rough day.
