I have used Rotor-Rooter's St. Catharines services many times over more than 20 years. They always come promptly (even once on Christmas Day) and they always fix the problem.
One week ago, employee of Roto Rooter, Tavon attended my place ; the sump pump froze outside. He summarily attached new black pipes outside so that it can withstand the Arctic cold blast. He then assessed my leaking showerhead. It turns out that the cartridge was unable to be replaced and henceforth a new system was necessary (provided a quote). A new system had to be ordered. We had a kitchen drain backup on Saturday am. Tried clearing it ourselves but was unable. We called Roto Rooter who arrived promptly. Mike was just great. He had all the right equipment and was very personanable. It didn't take him too long. We certainly will call them again when needed. Bob & Donna
They a have super bad service.they damaged the waste water pipe in the basement after used the snake for 15 minutes in the bathtub.now i have 2 problems the bathtub never work(useless) & water leaking in the basement.they asked to pay extra money to fix their problems they made it. That's bullshit.finally,no quality service no expertise & no reliable company!!!!
Called Roto Rooter today and they were out at my place a lot quicker than i thought they would be, I had the pleasure of dealing with Hunter for the issue at hand, and he was amazing, very friendly and personable, got the job done a whole lot quicker than i expected and did it with care and passion, I would highly recommend Rotor Rooter, aswell as Hunter, to deal with any needs or requests, I will definitely be using their services in the future!!! 10/10
