We had an issue with the interior workings of our toilet. I called Roto-router late morning and had a service man here early afternoon. Mike was great. He knew exactly what to do and fixed our issue promptly. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. I found the invoice to be fair. Thanks Mike!

Thank you to Tavon Plema for doing an outstanding job on our kitchen tap installation and double sink basket replacements. Tavon took the time to thoroughly clean out the drain pipes under the kitchen sink too before reinstalling them beautifully straight to two new drain baskets under the sink. Tavon installed our new kitchen faucet rock solid under the counter and it swivels between the two sinks with ease! Gr8 job Tavon. Well after 1/2 and hour the service technician couldn't unclog the sink with little effort. Left after charging $400 no farther ahead. Rented a snake myself and fixed it in 20 minutes. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor service.

The worker that came to our house's name was Ryan and let me say, he did an outstanding job! Very respectful and knowledgeable, helped us in a pinch and fixed our shower drain in a heartbeat! Would highly recommend their services! 10/10!!
