What an amazing experience I had with Roto-Rooter we had a clog late at night by the next morning I was called back by the manager I believe he was in the office very well respectful and educated. Even offered me some free tips honestly guys if you need any of the services that they offer jump right to them they even gave me a 90 day guarantee if the water comes up again they will come back out free of charge! A little miscommunication with the dispatcher due to an unusual request, but the company worked fantastically with us to help resolve our issue. Brevin was absolutely amazing! He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful! He kept in contact w me, worked with my schedule, showed up on time and completed the job quickly. He also fixed a major issue that I didn’t even know existed because he said he wouldn’t be able to sleep knowing the problem could’ve resulted in a dangerous situation!
