Person was supposed to show up today (Monday) between 9-11 AM, and never showed, no phone call. I called the office, was told they were at an emergency in Ridgway, but maybe they could still come by this afternoon (I already had another appt. at vet this afternoon). I asked why no one called to notify me? Woman on other end did not know. She offered for person to come by on Wednesday (when I am at work). No thanks. Ever.
Cleared the drain but won't guarantee their work, so when the drain stops a week later don't bother calling.
