Brian and Luke came out to replace our water heater after it decided to retire without giving notice. They gave a free estimate and worked around my schedule, which was a huge plus. At first I thought it was a good job. First I had a leak in the toilet flange on a toilet they installed. I later needed to replace the seal. It was leaking sewage odor. I originally wanted them to investigate a backed up sewer line, I did not know where my cleanouts were (they were buried). I really just wanted a diagnosis. They miss diagnosed a belly in the line causing a back up of sewage and quoted $3500 to replace 10' segment outside of the slab and only 3'-4' deep in the ground. Bryan was out technician and let me tell you he did an outstanding job. He tried three different techniques and he able to get the job done and in a timely manner. We him so much for fixing major problem with plumbing.we use happy 😊
