Had them in to do a basement plugged bathroom tub drain awhile ago. The new tech left a pretty messy area after using the Roto rooter. Advised the office and they provided a credit on the bill for the inconvenience. Followed that with a water heater replacement and the job and heater were top notch. Yesterday I noticed some rusting on the cold intake pipe into the heater. Sent photos to the office and they came over and replaced the pipe and fitting. Replacement of the heater was 2 years ago.
