Customer service was Fantastic!! Roto-Rooter was there within 30 mins of the phone call made. Technician found the problem right away and dealt with it! 5 star rating for sure!!
Called with frozen sewer line issues.They booked a time when they could come.Showed up promptly at given time.Fixed problem quickly and efficiently. We're very friendly and helpful. Would call again with any future issues..but hope there aren't any.lol
We called a couple of times and ultimately did request an after hours technician. Both staff members we spoke to were very helpful (even prior to requesting service). The after hours rates were reasonable and the response time was excellent. We would definitely use them again.
