Damien and his peer were courteous and efficient, came in and got right to work, first explaining what they would do, then fixing the leak and digging out the meter. Then they turned the water back on. They had done the whole job in under an hour and took my credit cards for payment, finalized it and left promptly. There was a time lapse when a call had to be made to credit card company again to get approval. It was approved and signatures were taken. I would hire them again. They did a great job!
Carey showed up actually ahead of schedule, identified the issue quickly, and made the required repairs in a fast, respectful, professional manner. I would highly recommend him!
Damian (and the whole team from Roto Rooter) wad awesome. The issue was diagnosed and corrected within half a day. Then they put up with all my questions and helped me understand what had caused the problem. I'm very appreciative of what Roto-Rooter did for me in this situation!
