I began having problems Labor Day weekend so randomly chose to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing. Someone was dispatched to my house within a couple of hours to check the problem. I was very impressed. Things went along great until yesterday, and I began experiencing problems again. I called to get in line for a service tech. I had a plumbing issue and went through my home warranty company, they referred a plumber that wouldn't go out until my HVAC company would look at the issue, then I had the warranty company send out another plumber that said they could not do the repair as they would have to cut through my slab floor. The home warranty company told me I would have to get my own repairman. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone out the next day and repaired the problem without going through my slab. I had Jean out to my house for a running toilet. It wouldn't stop filling up and made my water bill twice what it normally was. Jean arrived on time, fixed my toilet, and looked at another plumbing problem I had. My first time using this Roto-Rooter and they did a great job.

Don't be confused by similar sounding names! Roto-Rooter has been in Greenville for years. They cleaned my sewer line for under $150 when another company wanted to charge me thousands for unnecessary repairs. I actually called them for an estimate to replace my sewer line. They told me it just needed to be cleaned. You can't get much more honest than that.

have had conversations on an occasion and the owner is NOT honest but wants his employees to sell yo provide rather than give honest service, to me that is pretty pathetic. I would rather a service tech come to my home and fix what I called for than fix and sell like a door to door salesman with tools.
