The team at Roto-Rooter does great work and awesome customer service. I had an issue that didn't require immediate attention, however they showed up quickly and got it straightened out!
Fast response time — a truck arrived at my house in about 30 minutes! The technician, Jayson listened carefully to my concerns (I've had the same issue multiple times) and had it fixed in under 45 minutes. I just wish they offered hourly rates — the price ended up being a bit higher than I was hoping for.
Mason was out Friday, and did a fantastic job opening our sink and tub drain. Service was fast and professional. Not only did he handle the problem we called for, but he also took care of a previous issue we were having with our tub line. Highest level of service. Use Roto-Rooter for all my properties. Thanks again Mason!
He did an excellent job. Quick but thorough. Clean out of toilet drain on first floor. Very pleased. Was very professional and personable.
