Suljo and Skyler were great. Even though we ended up not needing any service after all they were very thorough in the inspection and also gave quotes in case the clog returned. They were the third plumbers to come out and instead of trying to convince me to replace the whole plumbing system ($7400+ per other companies) they quoted just the issue at hand less than $1000. If there is any other issues that arise I will be calling them immediately!

Called Roto-Rooter at 8:50pm the lady I spoke with listened, understood my issue, and assured me the tech would contact me shortly. At 9:07pm I received a text with photo and bio of the plumber coming to my home. The plumber came, was very professional and polite, got right to work, and was done quickly. I am a satisfied customer 😊

The drain I originally called for was never unstopped and for that much money I was hoping to be able to use my drains properly. Instead they are worse.

They did a very professional job. Main sewer line was clogged solid and the tech stayed with it till it was flowing perfectly. Would recommend to everyone.
