We had a gutter pipe clog and Shawn McCoy, the Rotorooter rep, fixed it quickly and professionally! He was so polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
From the person answering the phone to the person who did the work, everyone was super friendly! I had a representative at my home in just over an hour same day and he wrapped everything up in less than half an hour! Very professional. A bit higher priced than I would've liked, but you pay for excellent service. Overall satisfied

Shawn McCoy came to repair leaks in water supply lines to a water heater. To install and accommodate a new water shutoff valve, he also installed approx. four feet of pex line. We are grateful to have the work done.
I had water leaking on block wall at main water supply line. The plumber (Isaiah Oquendo) identified the problem quickly. He was professional and efficient, very friendly and polite. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems.
