called to check and fix switch on well pump. outside of town; was quoted 1.50$ per mile cost plus hourly wage of 85$ from the time they left there office- both. 3 day later they looked at switch and said we can't help it is a pump problem call a well person. cost > 400$ for them to drive to house and spent 30 minutes to tell me they don't do the work.. ( well person was called and fixed the switch they looked at and said it wasn't the pump) for half the cost of there joy ride... read more
Quoted $180 for a snake job and $300 to replace a vent pipe. Company sent us bills totaling $2093.20 for unauthorized work they performed. $471.16 of this was to run a snake 35 feet, a job which should only take 30 minutes! This company was dishonest from the start and refuses to honor their quoted prices.
