Joe Lynch was my tech and was very helpful. He broke down the pros and cons to the options and didn't pressure me to make any choices. With his work the back up and clog caused by roots was removed. Corey the field supervisor came out and ran the camera and showed me the entire pipe and broke down any and all options without being pushy or judge mental and they both gave a straight forward no nonsense answer.

When we realized our basement drain had backed up into about a 3-4 ft puddle of waste water under our utility sink around 8:45pm. Our friend recommended we call Roto-Rooter. Camden was here within an hour to assess what type of help we needed and was able to unblock our clog with their jet line system. Camden was friendly, professional and explained what was going on with each step

Left things as clean as he found them, stuck with it until it was thoroughly clean and explained what he found and what he did about it. Plus some advice to keep it from happening again.
