When we realized our basement drain had backed up into about a 3-4 ft puddle of waste water under our utility sink around 8:45pm. Our friend recommended we call Roto-Rooter. Camden was here within an hour to assess what type of help we needed and was able to unblock our clog with their jet line system. Camden was friendly, professional and explained what was going on with each step
Left things as clean as he found them, stuck with it until it was thoroughly clean and explained what he found and what he did about it. Plus some advice to keep it from happening again. Joe and all of the plummers at RotoRooter are always thorough, professional and often go beyond what we ask of them. RotoRooter are our plummers...no questions.
The company was very easy to work with, and my service tech, Joe, did a fantastic job. Super nice guy who was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
Our first experience with Roto Rooter went perfectly; we had new toilets and shower heads installed. Our second experience Zach came out and fixed our clogged kitchen sink drain. He was super friendly and professional and took the time to answer questions and educate on how to avoid issues in the future. We thought the price was fair and reasonable, considering how quickly they came out (a day and a half after the call) and how much time was spent. Will definitely use them in the future & recommend to friends.
