Plumber was out just over an hour & fixed my backed basement drain & while out paid alittle more since on the call to run my sewer too. Worth it going into the winter to know basement drains/sewer lines clear. Ohio weather sux & melted snow always brings my old house trouble.
Plumber sent was friendly, polite, and helpful with addressing our issue. He was knowledgeable and provided a proper solution. However, work quote was way overpriced but due to the nature of our issue, I didn’t have the flexibility to allow the issue not to be addressed. However, while the plumber was a great person, his actual fixes do not represent the price we paid. Issue 1, I was told not to ever take apart the P trap under a kitchen sink.
