Company gets the job done however prior employee quoted me $400 and then someone else had to come to my house because there was so many misunderstandings and I ended up paying 300 more which is really unfortunate since I wasn’t eligible for any finance plans.. however they do work fast

Our kitchen sink drain had come unstuck from the basin and Roto-Rooter came out to fix it quickly and professionally! I was sent updates about what times they would be coming, they also made it very easy to adjust the times if needed. I was also sent pictures of the employees who would be showing up which is always great knowing who to expect. Jacob and Cesar were here and very professional. Got the done and were very kind and respectful. Would definitely call them again if any other repairs are needed!

They saved me in an emergency and my toilet was backing in to the shower and water was leaking all over my restroom floor and in to my room on a Saturday! The Technician was friendly and efficient. Got the job done well and in no time. I’m very pleased with the service and will contact again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

Jacob did an excellent job! He came out to clean the pipes underneath my AC unit and was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was cleaned out properly and working the way it should. He was friendly, dependable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
