First scheduled visit was missed, but they arrived the second visit. Everything was fixed in an hour and looks good. Friendly plumber.
My tech was very friendly and very informative! I as of now, have my problem solved, and it was very quick. I do have a follow up, but as of now I give 5 stars!
Pipes were backed up with sewage, they flushed out the pipes with a high pressure wash, basement drain unclogged. Was given a warranty and follow up visit to scope the pipes. Vince educated me on plumbing, took the time to scope things out and evaluate the problem and provided a solution. I am very satisfied with the level of service from rotorooter and Vince himself.
