I was very happy with Rotor Rooter services 1 year ago. I had several companies come out and no one could find my septic tank. Roto Rooter had the equipment and was able to track it underground. Very neat to hear the tool working underground. The price was reasonable. The issue I have is a year later I still have a uncovered septic tank. I have animals and children that I have to worry about while playing outside. Roto Rooter was supposed to get me a riser for my system. Update: In response to the suggestion that this may be the wrong franchise it was definitely the right one. If my name doesn’t show up in the system, it’s because no service ever actually happened, or the call may have been under my spouse’s name. We were told someone would come out two days in a row. I only waited the second day because that morning we called and were told someone would be there at some point. Charles answered our call and showed up within an hour. He was very professional and informative on the care and maintenance of our septic system. I will tell everyone I know to use your company if they have septic problems. Good job Charles!!
