Update: In response to the suggestion that this may be the wrong franchise it was definitely the right one. If my name doesn’t show up in the system, it’s because no service ever actually happened, or the call may have been under my spouse’s name. We were told someone would come out two days in a row. Bear did a fantastic job getting rid of roots in our drainage pipe and was super helpful with answering questions. He definitely deserves a raise! Final price was exactly as quoted too!
