Second time in 6 months that my sink clogged. RR came out promptly, placed shoe covers on their feet, and snaked my drain. It did not work so they tried again and failed. RR supervisor joined the techs and snaked it twice more, with good results. Then they evaluated the 50’ run of pipe that was giving me problems and noticed the pipe only had hangers every 12’ . Zackaria was very punctual and diligent in diagnosing that my natural gas water heater was at its end of life. From explaining the cost of a rebuild and a whole new system and the benefits and cons of both; I was able to conclude that the best solution for us going further was to replace the whole system and bing that up to code, along with replacing the in house main water shut off ( that in winter only leaked). From the phone call to scheduling the service I received nothing but kind and considerate care.
They did such an amazing job for me! Quick service! Found the issue fixed the problem and left everything nicer than it was when they came to my home! I could not give higher praise for the customer service they give and how hard they work! Great job guys!
