The technician (Race) came to my home, was very courteous, wore shoe covers and wheel covers for his equipment to protect my carpeting, fought tooth and nail with my basement shower drain for 90 minutes, and then rode off into the sunset. He was very informative and let me know what was happening each step of the process. When he left, I had a clear drain and a maintenance plan to follow to keep my pipes clear. It was a great experience. Thank you!!

I bought an old house a few years ago and the plumbing has been a nightmare. From the main sewer line to leaky pipes..problems. Most recently I had a leaky shower and it took some troubleshooting to pin down the problems. I got a quote from someone else ( rip it all out. 1000’s I cant afford.) Roto Rooter fixed the issue for a reasonable price. The technician Ammon deserves a raise. He had to come out three times and was so professional, and helpful. This guy is my hero. I wont call anyone else if I have future issues.

Joshua was very professional and courteous. No complaints about having to navigate entrance into my kitten rehab room where he needed access. I panicked, he didn't 😺 Got things cleaned out quickly, kittens back in their room in under 30 minutes. Thanks Josh!
