I wasn’t impressed with the 6 texts, 5 emails, 4 phone calls and 4 visits that it took just to cut some roots from my sewer line and optically inspect them afterwards. . Your procedure for this was totally backwards.

The whole crew at Roto Rooter was great to work with, they explained the situation at hand really well and made sure I was taken care of. They even put my fence back up even though I was told they don’t do fences! Lol They found the clog Monday then Tuesday morning they were there digging to fix it. Would highly recommend especially Race, Josh, Karim and Shawn!

Rotor Rooter of St. Cloud's drain specialist Danika was wonderful and professional in her dealings with my wife and myself yesterday morning, Friday 8/15, beginning at 8.15 a m. Despite her skill set, Danika was unsuccessful in clearing the drain (under the laundry tub in my basement) using snake as well as camera. She was kind enough to deduct $50.00 from the amount billed yesterday of $150.00 as estimated the day prior by DeAndre because she was unable to fix the problem of blockage.
