Shawn did a great job. Was in and out with the job done in around an hour. The office communicated throughout the day to give me a good idea of when he would be arriving and gave me options for service without trying to oversell anything.
I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! The technicians who came to our home were very knowledgeable and professional. They definitely know what they’re doing! Justin phoned me when they were on their way and he his partner, Noah, spent time fixing the problem. They double checked it and made sure that the drain was fixed before they left. Justin explained the issue and said not to hesitate to call the company if I had anymore issues with my drain.
