Overwhelmingly positive. Cass was dispatched on the same day that I called about the blockage and was absolutely familiar and at ease with my situation . He augered the kitchen drain all the way to the sump so there wouldn't be another occurence and adjusted the plumbing under the sink so the drawer would close . Absolutely satisfied, would not. hesitate to call this franchise again.
