Be careful when you hire this company I hired them to empty my Grease Trap. One of their technician using a scraper that is long Metal looks like a shovel….instead of gently scrape off the grease from the tank. He hit my tank in the bottom and he punctured it and claimed that hole was there. They are the only one that cleaned my tank…they vandalize it, and they blamed it on you, another incident, their technician supposed to flush the lines as I kept myself busy, I know this he was done flushing the system in 35 minutes and ... read more
Super speedy to get a non-urgent appointment (next-day!). Lee was such a gem -- my problem ended up being a nightmare for him and took way longer than he'd originally thought. He stuck with it, used resources to troubleshoot, kept working the problem from different angles. Really happy with the result and the 1-yr warranty on that service, thanks!!
