Thanks so much to Roto Rooter and specifically Lee for the excellent and timely service. We recently had a plugged septic system line that needed to be attended to quickly. I was provided a quote for the service so I knew what the cost would be. Lee worked diligently to locate and then unplug the line. This required more than just normal snaking. Roto Rooter just took out all of our old copper piping system in our house and did a complete repipe for us. This was a big job but the service was phenomenal from start to finish. These guys were able to help us out with fast and efficient service to get our house back up and running again after an unfortunate malfunction in our water tank. Nathan Thomas, the Service Technician was very professional, kind and was able to come out and fit us in. In a timely manner, Nathan installed a new hot water tank faster than we expected and even managed to fit it in a very difficult space. The whole experience was super pleasant, clean, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.
