Well I was ok until I discovered I was charged 285 for a drain that was never snaked. The toilet started leaking the guy came back out said he fixed it but all he did was turn the water off of the toilet. I hate leaving a review like this but honestly he needs more training than this and he shouldn’t charge for things he never did.

Nick was professional, fast, friendly, and very clean. He worked incredibly hard to resolve our toilet blockage and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. We really appreciated his hard work and great service. Highly recommend Nick!

I called RotoRooter originally to have them clean the line from the septic tank to distribution box. Long story short, turns out the entire leach line was both crushed and completely filled with roots and totally unusable. Their service rep, Blaine worked tirelessly to replace the line as quickly as he could, obtaining the required permits and inspections while getting everything installed in the ground and cleaned up.
