Dalton came out super quick and was proactive in finding the root cause and solution to our plumbing issue. Great communication and follow through. Highly recommend.
Jason came saw and conquered my problem in record time. With his expertise it was money well spent.
Did more damage than good. Ripped out an electrical line, had a poor fix and made sure it went out in the future. Nick is a scummy guy and his company charges folks 50-100% more than GOOD plumbers . Avoid at all costs! Lawsuit coming for sure, i hope you have a good attorney.
I would have given Jason a 5-star rating because the work he did was exceptionable and very fast. He was friendly and knowledgeable the only downside is he was about 1 hour late and a call to let us know he was running late would have been appreciated. We will always call Roto-Rooter for service when needed! thank You
