Nick and Pierce saved our weekend!! I have never seen 2 men work harder or faster. We had friends coming mid- day for the weekend and the septic line gave out!! They were professional, responsive and more than fair with their price. We called them Friday or morning at 10am when we noticed soapy water exiting the septic outlet pipe. Blaine at Roto Rooter has been amazing helping me solve a few plumbing problems. His communication has been great and he is so professional. Highly recommend both Roto Rooter and Blaine (and Trisha and Evelyn in the office have been great also!).

I called Roto Rooter and they were able to come (after hours) within a few hours. We were very thankful! The tech Karter was young but very professional, helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend him...and kudos to management for his training in good customer service. When he was done we asked about what product to use to clean up after the spill to sanitize area. Since he didn't have any left on his truck he made a special stop on his way home after work the next day to deliver it to us.
