TJ did a phenomenal job, he has come out twice now and both times spectacular work. Identified the problems immediately and went right to work with solid quality. Fixed a sewer line leak under the house, replaced hose bib assembly, and complete replacement of gas lines, and also insulated waterline piping. Its difficult to find solid experts these days, and TJ is definitely one of the good ones we have left.

Root-Rooter here in Jackson has been fantastic to help us as new home owners. They have spent time and effort to help us unclog drains and now have come to install our new faucet for us. We really appreciate TJ Ferguson and team spending time on our project and getting it right. Thank you!

Sam D was professional, knowledgeable and most of all an experienced well seasoned Journeyman. Jason the other plumber was on of the best PVC guys I've seen in years. They both worked hard and made sure we were satisfied and everything worked. We requested Sam and Jason return this week for additional service. I will definitely recommend this work crew from Rotorouter.

Sage and Charlie did a phenomenal job on a leaking faucet. They did it in a professional and efficient timely manner. All around great guys and explained everything along the way. Sage has come out more than once and is always extremely professional, experienced, and very nice. I have used Roto-rooter multiple.timea for various reasons and I am always satisfied with their services. Highly recommend.
