We had a pretty major plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They are not in narrowsburg. Tech said he would have to drive 2.5 hrs to get to me. Also 700 to unclog a drain is insanity. We need more people with their own business so people can make more money doing the job and big corporations arnt charging over 500 per hour on a job.

I had a problem that had been done with my last plumbing job. I explained my concerns and the issue to Frank the Production Manager. He was patient in hearing my concerns and informed me that he would get one of his professional field specialist on the job. Elvis came out, assessed the job, reported back to the Manager then got to work. Elvis represented as professional in handling the job. Thank you Frank for being a Manager of your word and getting my problem resolved.
