Roto-Rooter might be a big brand, but the experience of dealing with Kyle and Melissa was anything but the impersonal corporate nightmare I've come to expect. They were responsive, prompt, efficient, and helpful. The worst company. Workers came to clear pipes. Cost me thousands because the experienced workers claimed my drain pipe was charged with electric charge.. told my wife not to touch the sink bc she could die then left the job The pipe is PVC...... That should tell you all you need to know. The first PVC pipe in history to hold electric charge.
