I called Roto-Rooter on Monday and they had me scheduled the very next day. Paul and Rich arrived on time, they were polite and courteous. Expained everything to me and gave me up front pricing before getting started. They worked quickly, they were very clean and respectful, they did a good amount of problem-solving work and they made sure I inspected and was happy with the items fixed before presenting the bill.
