We were in urgent need to have our septic tank pumped. We couldn't run water or flush. Mr. Bill came out the same day and was able to pump it out. Amazing service. Totally recommend
I didn't visit them they visited my employer's house...4 days after they said they'd be there. Because of their delay I wasn't there to witness their work, but I know my boss's neighbor and one of our employees ended up helping them with the manual labor part. We just needed them to auger out the roots clogging the path into the city drainage system. Turns out the ends of the pipes had been crushed by a work truck (not sure why they parked so far into the yard) that must have been marking the ground for the fiber optic lines... read more
Called to get an estimate for replacing broken sewer line. Charged $59.50 for “dispatch fee”. I never heard of being charged a fee for getting an estimate.
