I canceled this this Roto Rooter service with Travis and went with my home insurance instead to replace my water heater. I canceled with Travis the SAME DAY that the service was ordered and even called them to confirm the cancellation. They said no problem. This company then filed a lien against my property! Do yourself a favor and find a different company for your plumbing needs. I’ll be fighting this. What a terrible company with aweful ethics.

From start to finish Roto Rooter went above and beyond. First was the response team to the leak. They were here right away, and got the ball rolling. My only complaint with the company is here, they asked for money up front that should be reimbursed by insurance. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened but I can’t say for sure if it is Roto Rooter or the insurance company who is in the wrong here yet, but I will update. Wanted $325 to just clear a toilet drain. Highway robbery. Wasn't even after hours or emergency call. Obscene.
