From start to finish Roto Rooter went above and beyond. First was the response team to the leak. They were here right away, and got the ball rolling. My only complaint with the company is here, they asked for money up front that should be reimbursed by insurance. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened but I can’t say for sure if it is Roto Rooter or the insurance company who is in the wrong here yet, but I will update. Wanted $325 to just clear a toilet drain. Highway robbery. Wasn't even after hours or emergency call. Obscene.
Tony helped me figure out how to resolve several issues in a single visit and gave helpful guidance on how to maintain everything. I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism.
Had a problem with my toilets and Roto-Rooter Band came out and fixed it. He was a blessing. Excellent service.
