We had a blockage between the backflow preventer and septic tank (rural), and couldn’t get at it with our light duty snake. We called Rotor Rooter in Moose Jaw, and they were on the way in about an hour on New Years Eve and that’s pretty terrific all by itself! Randy brought his tools inside, and got to work right away. It was a nasty toilet paper and waste blockage about 27 feet down, and after a couple tries, Randy managed to get it to dislodge and drop into the septic tank. Logan was great, very prompt at answering the phone and was able to come out the same day! Randy was our tech, and he took the time to make sure everything was completely cleared up before he left. Logan even went above and beyond by calling the city himself to let them know they might need to flush their main, saving us the hassle. Highly recommend! they will definitely be our first call.
