This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company. We hired Roto-Rooter to clear roots from our sewer line, but the job was not completed properly. When my wife asked the technician to use a camera to determine whether our pipes were clay, he told her that “they all are” and said it was not necessary. We asked for our clay pipes to be serviced to remove the roots, they came in late, and quickly did the roots and left. That evening, our plumbing backed up and we had to call in an emergency plumber. The emergency plumber put a camera down the pipes and noted they did not get all of the roots and ended up causing a blockage. The next day, Roto rooter came in and fixed the issue.
