Great if you can actually get ahold of them, which is the issue. Why even have an after hours line if you have zero intentions of answering the calls? Never called back at all this time!! Last time they waited 4 days to call back, after I fixed the problem myself.
Roto-rooter came to my house last year to clean out roots that were backing up main drain. The day after they were here it immediately backed up again. I called and they would not come back for another 4 days... and since we couldn't spend 4 days without using any water, I rented a machine from Home Depot and hired a guy. We got it actually cleaned out and it was great from then. I fully expected Roto-rooter to reimburse me or give me a complimentary drain clean out this year. But they would not!
We had a blocked kitchen drain that had been problematic due to its 40' run to the stack and had become completely plugged resisting my attempts to snake it out which had been successful a number of times previous. After trying to deal with another plumber who kept stringing us along about coming out, at the recommendation of some neighbors they suggested calling roto-rooter.
