Canada Day is coming up . Thursday night, 26th June, I found out my sewer is backing up . I needed to clean the line from my basement to the tank . It's Friday, and a cancelation came up, and I had somebody come to look after the problem . my system works again , and the activities in my house can resume . Thank you !!

Great if you can actually get ahold of them, which is the issue. Why even have an after hours line if you have zero intentions of answering the calls? Never called back at all this time!! Last time they waited 4 days to call back, after I fixed the problem myself.
Roto-rooter came to my house last year to clean out roots that were backing up main drain. The day after they were here it immediately backed up again. I called and they would not come back for another 4 days... and since we couldn't spend 4 days without using any water, I rented a machine from Home Depot and hired a guy. We got it actually cleaned out and it was great from then. I fully expected Roto-rooter to reimburse me or give me a complimentary drain clean out this year. But they would not!
