Absolutely fantastic service. Todd came to our recently purchased home to conduct an inspection of the perimeter drains as a preventative measure. Scoped the drain, showed me the pictures and let me know no clean out required. Todd was on time, called ahead to say he was coming and was extremely honest and professional. We had Roto-Rooter clean out our perimeter drain around the house and the line that goes to the storm drain. They were professional and easy to work with. thank-you
The service man was very good and patient got the job done
They were scheduled for between 8am-10a. They showed up at 10:15am and left at 10:45am. They (two of them) got the job done (eventually) but the cost was astronomical. $260 to snake the drain and $40 for shop supplies and gas. They were a two minute drive from my place and I could have tossed them a few paper towels. I’m a senior and I don’t think plumbing is $620 per hour.
