We used their plumbing services. The plumber we had named Dylan was fantastic. The reason for the 1 star is the fact that I’ve been charged for the services but I’ve not been given an invoice. I called to ask for the invoice and had to leave a voicemail to which I received no response nor did I get an invoice after leaving said voicemail. I’m happy to pay a bill, however it is an appalling business practice to charge customers and not have an invoice to reference what you’re being charged for.
