Despite it being an issue with my well leaking Nick and his coworker were able to take care of it for us! This is the second time Roto-Rooter has been able to help us with an issue regarding our well when no one else would. Nick took care of the issue back then too and has always been great. Thanks so much for all you do!
On a weekend I woke to find I had no water. Nick at Roto Rooter came out and fixed my problem within hours of calling. This company has always been very responsive to calls and they do great work!
Nick came out last Thursday & did a wonderful job! He diagnosed & replaced our two outdoor faucets that had been troubling us for a long time (one was old & squeaky, the other was unusable) & had no problem locating the pipes in the house feeding them (we have a weird layout & the pipes are inside the walls of the main level). He was very knowledgeable & gave advice on a couple of plumbing projects we were thinking of having done. Would definitely recommend!
Quick response time, very fair pricing for weekend call. Highly recommend.
