Short version: After four weeks of waiting on them we've made no progress. They have been dishonest with us and have zero initiative to actually resolve our issue. Editing to address Owner Response: 1. RR came to our property twice. The initial appointment where they 'diagnosed the problem' on May 20th and then again on June 12th as described below. 2. Really disappointed with this experience. I called to discuss plumbing options for a 1934 cabin we just closed on. We’re in the middle of a remodel and wanted to hire a professional to assess the current plumbing and provide a quote. I explained all of this to Nick, and out of nowhere he says, “This conversation is going nowhere.” Shocked, I asked if I heard him correctly—and he replies, in a smug tone, “Nothing… I didn’t say nothing.” Not only was the attitude unnecessary, but it was also completely unprofessional. Despite it being an issue with my well leaking Nick and his coworker were able to take care of it for us! This is the second time Roto-Rooter has been able to help us with an issue regarding our well when no one else would. Nick took care of the issue back then too and has always been great. Thanks so much for all you do!
