My kitchen sink was clogged. I had called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment and they had someone lined up for me within the hour to come the same afternoon. Sadly I was not available that afternoon but set up an appointment for the following day. My technician (Mike) came out in a timely manner and within an hour had my kitchen sink pipe fixed. I was very happy with my experience with this company. Jeannie helped me from the office and Josh came out and fixed my plumbing backup issue. Josh has a great amount of experience and he also had all the different plumbing tools to fix any blockage. My first local plumber I called did not diagnose the issue correctly and also ghosted me when I texted and called him to try and get him back out. I would recommend this company based on their availability and professionalism.

Short version: After four weeks of waiting on them we've made no progress. They have been dishonest with us and have zero initiative to actually resolve our issue. Editing to address Owner Response: 1. RR came to our property twice. The initial appointment where they 'diagnosed the problem' on May 20th and then again on June 12th as described below. 2.
